Outstanding Customer Service & Quality Product!

I had a month+ delay with my order due to UPS, but The Curtain Rod Co. went above and beyond to keep me informed and resolve the issue quickly. Their communication was prompt, kind, and professional. When the rod arrived, it was exactly what I was hoping for — sturdy, beautiful, and high-quality. I'm very pleased with both the product and the care they put into making sure their customers service.

The curtain rod is terrific, but the shipping took two weeks, and it was only coming from two states away, roughly (NY state). The shipping estimate said one week. The order arrived over a week past that, and no updates were given. I wasn't sure they were actually coming, at one point. I'd purchase these again if I knew the shipping costs I paid actually meant they'd get here when promised. I've had items come from Eastern Europe in 3 days, by comparison.
